Terms and conditions

1. Trial Packs

Mums and Bums trial packs are hired out for a period of two weeks, giving you 14 days use. Late returns on Mums and Bums trial packs will incur a $5 a day penalty. Only washing powders not containing enzymes are to be used when washing Mums and Bums trial pack nappies. No soaking products are to be used. Mums and Bums will remove any stains upon return of the trial pack. Mums and Bums will inspect every trial pack for wear and tear before and after every trial session. Only items still in clean, as new condition will be sent out for trial. All nappies will be thoroughly washed before trial, and are stored in hygienic conditions. Any damage (not including staining) caused to Mums and Bums trial packs when in the customers care will be the responsibility of the customer, and the customer could be charged the RRP of that item at Mums and Bums discretion. Postage is $6 paid by the customer, return postage is the responsibility of Mums and Bums. Mums and Bums organises the courier to pick up the trial pack from your property.

2. Postage and Delivery

Postage is a flat rate of $6. Delivery can be expected in 5-7 working days.

3. Returns

Mums and Bums accepts returns of faulty products within 30 days, new products for exchange, replacement or store credit. Items being returned must be in their original packaging, packets must be unopened. We do not refund opened nappy packets unless the product is faulty. We do not accept returns on Preloved nappies.

4. Layby

Layby payments to be made by bank deposit into account number: 02 1265 0012183 83 Reference details to enter when making a payment will be given to you, this must be used for each payment. Non refundable deposit to be made at the time of layby purchase order. Only orders over $80 are eligible for layby. Layby can be added to at anytime once 50% of exisiting layby has been paid. Part orders can be sent once 50% of layby has been paid, shipping $6 at customers expense. If layby has not been completed in full in the agreed timeframe there will be two written notices issued before the layby agreement is cancelled. The customer will receive a full refund of the paid amount minus the non refundable deposit amount. The customer can cancel the layby agreement at anytime in writing and receive a full refund minus the non refundable deposit amount. Mums and Bums can cancel the layby agreement with written notice if two or more scheduled payments have been missed. The customer will be refunded in full minus the non refundable deposit. Preloved and sale items are both eligible for layby.

5. Pre-loved

Sale items are not eligble for 25% off Pre-loved discount. Pre-loved nappies must have been purchased from Mums and Bums to be eligible for Pre-loved discount. 25% off applies only to full priced items and cannot be used with any other offer. Pre-loved nappies must be in usable condition, no rips or tears, and stitching must be in tact. All nappies will be inspected by Mums and Bums. Acceptance of pre-loved nappies is at the discretion of Mums and Bums. Postage to Mums and Bums of Pre-loved nappies will be paid for by the customer. Nappies not accepted for Pre-loved will be returned to the customer at Mums and Bums expense.

6. Orders

Unfortunately Mums and Bums can't except any overseas orders via the website. Please contact us directly via email.

7. Colour

All product photos on the Mums and Bums website have been colour corrected to represent the actual product as close as possible, but due to various computer screens etc Mums and Bums can't guarantee the product to completely colour match the photo.

8. Competitions

No images entered into competitions will ever be sold, but may be replicated for promotion purposes in conjunction with competitions on Mums and Bums website and Facebook page. All competition draws are chosen at random. Your personal details remain private and undisclosed.
